Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing times

  • All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping method

UPS, USPS, or Fedex Shipment cost: Flate Rate $4.95 Estimated delivery time:: 3-5 business days.

  • Overnight delivery is only available for Orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.
  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your your Genie’s Product. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


All returns must be postmarked within (30) thirty days of the purchase date.

Return Process

  • To return an item, please email customer service at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  • Customer Service will let you know what to do with your return.


Please allow at least ( 7) seven days from the Return Merchandise Authorization to process your return or exchanges. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
